Light enough for a sandwich bread with a hint of natural sweetness & light spices. It also can be made into some great appetizers. This is my husbands favorite bread. So delicious! This bread is also corn-free, soy-free & nut-free and as all the other breads always dairy-free & Yeast-free.

Ingredients: Organic brown rice flour, may contain one or more of the following: (potato starch, potato flour, arrowroot flour, tapioca flour) Gluten-Free and Aluminum-Free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, potato starch, potassium bicarbonate) sea salt, xanthan gum, sesame seeds, spices, and lots of love.
Contains sesame seeds.
This bread makes a medium size loaf.
You might try adding greek or black olives to the bread for genuine Mediterranean taste! Yum! Kid tested & Approved.

This bread is one of my top sellers. When you try it you'll know why. Even though this is a gluten-free bread you would never know it. The crust comes out crispy while the inside is moist & delicious. YES that's right. I said MOIST! After baking this bread you can cut it in thick slices to make a wonderful french toast or slice thin and in thirds then place in the oven on a low heat to dry them out for biscotti.
